Administrative costs

Administrative expenses of the MIRAS Foundation: Why is this important?

Ukraine has a law “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations,” which regulates that the administrative expenses of a charitable foundation cannot exceed 20% of all revenues. MIRAS’s administrative expenses are a necessary resource for the stable functioning of the foundation and effective assistance to those in need.

Why are administrative costs necessary?

For our team at the MIRAS Charity Foundation, this work is not just a calling, but a daily task that requires a professional approach, responsibility and time. Administrative expenses allow our employees to devote 100% of their efforts to helping those in need, and also ensure the smooth operation of the foundation.

What are administrative funds spent on?

🔹 Salaries to employees who ensure the effective implementation of projects;
🔹 Rent of an office necessary for organizing work and receiving applications;
🔹 Utilities, telephony and Internet for constant communication;
🔹 Legal and audit services that guarantee transparency and compliance with legislation;
🔹 Development and support of a website for reporting and communication with donors;
🔹 Logistics, delivery of humanitarian aid and transportation costs;
🔹 Stationery and maintenance of office equipment necessary for administrative work.

Transparency and accountability

We carefully maintain financial records and are ready to answer any questions regarding MIRAS administrative expenses. Each contribution helps not only to ensure the operation of the fund, but also to expand the scope of assistance to those in need.
